The great entrepreneurs you hear about run sexy tech firms or lead innovative companies that leverage technology. Cases in point are the famous FAANG gang of Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. But they are not the norm.

The great entrepreneurs you don’t hear about freelance or run small businesses. They slog it through with hard work, useful services or products, and helpful customer service. Cases in point include bookkeepers, tutors, caterers, cleaners, and even mobile hairdressers. Not very sexy or techy, is it?
